Image Editing Programs and Tools
I cannot tell you how many times I rely upon these great free image editing programs to help me manipulate or create graphic art for my small business website. I am really glad I've found these freeware tools because to be honest, I don't mind saving money when I can. Since I'm not a schooled graphic artist I don't need to spend $500.00+ on software programs that are way over my head.

Photofiltre
Image Editor and Graphic Art Tool
Photofiltre is probably one of the greatest freeware graphic tools I've come across. As far as I can tell, it is incredibly similar to the expensive Adobe PhotoShop. For someone like me who needs to do more than her fair share of photo resizings, sharpening of images and a bit of my own creative graphic work, this tool is just fabulous.
I am constantly amazed at what it does and how much more I have to discover it can do! (Yes, there is a learning curve if you're not familiar with software similar to this one.)
Go to Photofiltre. Click on "English version" near the top of the page to access the download. I hope you find this a most useful and creative program, just as I do. **Take advantage of the online tutorials to shorten your learning curve.

Graphic Art 'Color Grabbing' Tool
Do you need to know a specific color's hex code used in a font or graphic, for example, so you can use the exact same color in something else on your website? Then this nifty and handy little tool will do the job!
I've used it umpteen times not only for myself, but also to help friends and clients get the hex codes they need for specific colors they've found elsewhere on the internet. Go to ColorPic and download this freeware program.
IrfanView
Graphic Viewer & Editing Tool for Windows
IrfanView is a very fast, small, compact and innovative freeware (for non-commercial use) graphic viewer for Windows. Very handy for simple graphic editing. It does have some advanced features.
